As summer’s warmth comes to an end, and we prepare for the arrival of cool weather and cozy nights at Marjorie, we are so very excited to welcome Zephyr Paquette, our new chef.  Zephyr has an eclectic food style which perfectly compliments Marjorie’s demonstrated passion for global cuisine and dedication to using only the freshest local and sustainable ingredients.

Zephyr is a big fan of Seattle’s regional farm community and works hard to nurture relationships with local farmers and purveyors.  She is committed to using her culinary platform to elevate these hardworking, unsung heroes to the level of rockstars. At Marjorie we know we couldn’t do what we do without them!

Zephyr arrives on the cusp of a favored time of year, Autumn.  Fall’s abundant harvest inspires our seasonally charged menu and we are excited to share Zephyr’s unique interpretation of the season with you!  The creative and comforting cuisine of our new chef is the perfect compliment to Marjorie’s cozy atmosphere, a warm respite as the weather cools.
